BUTOKUKAN - Thirty-Three years old - Began training in 1998

My martial arts journey has been an integral part of my life. Not only has it provided a healthy physical routine, but has also provided confidence that I use in my daily life. Additionally, the family bonds that have been strengthened and created, from working out with my father and sister, to the life long friends that have been made. The ultimate being finding my life partner who I've started a family with. Here's to continuing the journey.
