While at a friend’s house Patrick Timmins discussing Martial Arts with his father Art Timmins he had suggested I come down to where they train. In January 1994 I walked into Buzz Durkin’s Uechi Karate School and have not looked back. Sensei Durkin and Uechi Ryu have given me so many gifts words cannot describe just how grateful I am to have walked through that door.
