Sensei Neil Stone

Hachidan (8th Degree Black Belt)

Neil Stone began his training with Sensei Mike Rozumek in 1986 and received his first-degree black belt in February of 1989. Since then, he has guided the training of thousands of karateka, first as Chief Instructor with Mr. Rozumek and then as the Sensei and Headmaster of Neil Stone’s Karate Academy in Hollis, NH.

Founded in 2004, Sensei Stone’s Academy trains several hundred students each week, many of whom have studied under him for two decades or more. Neil Stone was promoted to eighth-degree black belt in 2018 and continues his own study of Uechi-Ryu under Grandmaster Buzz Durkin in Atkinson, New Hampshire.
