09:00 AM - George Mattson and Buzz Durkin in the Uechiryu Room
10:30 AM - Jim Maloney, Art Rabesa and Darin Yee spread among the three training rooms
11:30 AM - Lunch time, everyone will fend for themselves, but we will have an easy setup where people can purchase their own meals
Four Rounds of Training Seminars
- 12:30pm, 1:45pm, 3:00pm and 4:15pm
- 60 minute seminars
- All Uechi Themed
05:15 PM - Book Signing in the UechiCon Lobby
05:15 PM - Board Breaking Fundraiser in the Tiger Room
6:00 PM - Master’s Testing Rehearsal
07:00 PM - Master's Testing
- Demers, Stone, Beal and Cicerchia go first
- They take their seats at the judges table
- Then all the rest of the candidates go in rotation
Then everyone retreats to the bar area (I’ve talked to the hotel about have appropriate staff

9:00am - Opening Ceremonies
Two Morning rounds of Training Seminars
- 9:15am and 10:30am (60 minute seminars)
- Junior Seminars in the Dragon Room
- Adult Seminars in Tiger, Dragon and Uechiryu Room
11:30 AM - Buffet Lunch in the Restaurant Area
12:30 PM - Book Signing in the UechiCon Lobby
01:00 PM - Board Breaking Fundraiser in the Uechiryu Room
Four Afternoon rounds of Training Seminars
- 1:30pm, 2:45pm, 4:00pm and 5:00pm (60 minute seminars)
- Experience has taught us that the “sixth” round always has low attendance, so this will be reserved for some of our less experience instructors or sit-down presentations
- Adult Seminars in Tiger, Dragon and Uechiryu Room

10:00 AM - Book Signing in main hallway
11:00 AM - Graduation Rehearsal in Dragon Room
