Friday (September 5th)

• Facilitators meet for Breakfast in Current at 6am (Optional)

• 09:00 AM - GEM and AED

  • B Durkin Introduces GEM

• 10:30 AM - Rabesa, Maloney and Yee in their own rooms

• 11:30 AM - Lunch time, everyone will fend for themselves, but we will have an easy setup where people can purchase their own meals

• Four Rounds of Training Seminars

  • 60 minute seminars

  • Generally Uechi Themed

  • 12:30 PM - 01:45 PM - 03:00 PM - 04:15 PM

• 05:00 PM - Book Signing in the UechiCon Lobby

• 6:00 PM - Master’s Testing Rehearsal

• 6:30pm - Master’s testing doors open

• 07:00 PM - Master's Testing

• 8:45am Opening Ceremonies

• Two Morning rounds of Training Seminars

  • 60 minute seminars

  • Junior Seminars in the Tiger Room

  • Adult Seminars in Crane, Tiger, Dragon and Uechiryu Rooms

  • 9:15 AM - 10:30 AM

• 11:30 AM - Buffet Lunch in the Restaurant Area

• 012:00 PM - Roy Bedard’s Powerpoint in the Crane room

• Four Afternoon rounds of Training Seminars

  • 60 minute seminars

  • Junior Seminars in the Tiger Room

  • Adult Seminars in Crane, Tiger, Dragon and Uechiryu Rooms

  • Experience has taught us that the “sixth” round always has low attendance, so this will be reserved for some of our less experience instructors or sit-down presentations

  • 01:30 PM - 02:45 PM - 04:00 PM - 05:00 PM - Training Seminars

• 5:00 PM - Book Signing in the UechiCon Lobby

• 05:30 PM - Master's Interview in the Interview Room

  • 5:30pm - Kudan and Hachidans

  • 6:00pm Dan Dovidio’s live performance

  • 7:00pm announcement and awards

Sunday (September 7th)

• 11:00 AM - Graduation Rehearsal in Dragon Room

• Graduation Videos playing throughout the area

  • Tiger Room will be Junior Training Seminars

• 03:00 PM - Board-Breaking Fundraiser in the Dragon Room

  • Candidates come in with flowers and give to loved ones

  • Traynor Opening Speech

  • Luke Bauer (Level One Graduate) to say the Student Creed

  • Presentation of Certificates (PowerPoint controlled by J Shepard)

  • Dariush Mohsenzadeh (Level Three Graduate) Black Belt Oath

  • Promotion of Master graduates (PowerPoint controlled by someone other than J Shepard)

  • Master Graduates come up and get their belts

  • Graduation video

  • Presentation of Black Belts

  • Graduate photo (Target time is 4:45pm) in Dragon Room

  • Diploma hand-out in Dragon Room
